Refund policy

Our Guarantee

When cared for properly, our arrangements can last 3-5 days.  If an arrangement lasts less than 3 days, we'll be happy to replace it  at no extra charge.  To ensure your arrangement lasts:

• Trim stems at a diagonal angle and change water daily.  
• Add room temperature water when the arrangement is received.  

All flower sales are non-refundable.  If an arrangement needs to be replaced, proof may be necessary, including the return of the original arrangement.   

Substitutions

Flowers are subject to change due to availability and freshness.  

With some arrangements, the photo you see may be a representation of an overarching theme or design style for your selected piece. It may also be displayed in a custom or unique vase, which cannot be exactly duplicated. 

When this happens, the product you receive might not perfectly match the photo of the product you selected but will be a close replica and will feature your selected arrangement's same temperament and instructions for care. These substitutions are made for a variety of reasons, including weather, seasonality and availability, but are always made to match or exceed the value of the original floral selection.
